Teng Zhao is a doctoral student in the Higher Education program at FSU. He has participated in research on Cambodian college student experiences, undergraduate student learning outcomes, the Trump Administration’s educational policies, and Chinese higher education. His research interests include (1) policy and program evaluation, development, innovation, (2) STEM majors, (3) developmental education, and (4) college student motivation and success. Teng has served as the Vice President of the Chinese Students and Scholars Association. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Public Administration. Before coming to Tallahassee to study at FSU, he attended Shanghai Maritime University.
