Deputy Director of the RESET project, Sophia Rahming is a doctoral candidate in the Higher Education program, in the College of Education. Rahming was a 2014-2015 recipient of the Legacy Fellowship, one of FSU’s highest honors for a graduate student. She serves as the Parliamentarian for the National Black Graduate Student Association. She is a member of the Graduate Assistants Union at FSU and serves as a graduate research assistant and TA for Dr. Perez-Felkner. Her research interests include science identity construction in international women of color; migration experiences of international women of color; gender in education and development; and, technology issues in education in small and developing nations.
